Founder, Horowitz Search
Aaron Horowitz is an Oregon CPA with 14 years of experience in accounting and finance, including roles at Dell Technologies, Redwood Software, and Ascension.
His background spans financial reporting, revenue accounting, accounting operations, systems, and process improvement. He has also managed accounting professionals and experienced firsthand how leadership, team dynamics, and organizational culture shape performance.
He founded Horowitz Search to bring that perspective to recruiting, with a focus on understanding both the technical demands of a role and the people behind the work.
